Why is there no ticking clock?

Clocks create anxiety. Intent requires presence. When you open a focus, commit to it. Do the work, and release when you are done. The ledger measures the outcome, not the seconds.

What if I miss a day?

The ledger is objective. It does not judge, and there are no punishments, angry red numbers, or broken flame emojis. Reality is what it is. Simply begin again.

Is my data safe?

Your ledger lives entirely on your device's local storage until you explicitly choose to create an account and sync it to the cloud. It is your private workspace.

The Loop

Set Intent

Your home screen are your intents. Add an Intent (like Deep Work or Reading) to set your direction. Optionally, give it a cadence.

Commit

Tap an Intent to open its Action Sheet. Hit the massive "Commit" button when you are ready to focus. Put your device away, or use the Capture Pad to offload intrusive thoughts.

Release

When finished, hit "Release". Leave a footprint—a quick, honest reflection on how the session felt.

Review

Watch your consistency matrix fill up over time. Use the Export Studio to generate beautiful, shareable insights of your momentum.
